River is an exceptionally well-rounded dog with a confident, willing temperament and a strong work ethic in the show ring, performance venues and at home.  He is biddable, steady under pressure, and eager to engage in any activity. 

Show Ring & Performance Temperament – River is focused, composed and highly trainable.  He remains focused and attentive, even with distractions no matter the event he is entered. He works with enthusiasm and consistency, making him a pleasure to handle.  His willingness to work and desire to please is proven by the multiple accomplishments with limited showing.  One of the highlights of his performance career is completing his Rally Intermediate title at the 2025 Dalmatian Club of America National with a perfect 100/100 placing 1st.  River is eager and methodical when working in scent work.

Lifestyle, Endurance and Temperament – River is an affectionate, people-oriented dog with an easygoing nature.  He is polite, friendly with everyone, and very quiet dog who rarely barks.  River maintains excellent physical condition.  He regularly participates in outdoor activities including:
